In this post, we will be covering our favourite products from Pure Essentials. They are in no particular order after the first one we are obsessed with it!
Healing Balm

We LOVE this product and in fact, we use for massages all the time. This balm was designed for those who are dealing with sprains, breaks, arthritis and fibromyalgia. White willow bark, a main component of this balm, has naturally high amounts of salicin. The discovery of salicin was what sparked the creation of Tylenol. Applied topically, it has the ability to relieve topical pain. This combined with essential oils, yarrow, blue tansy, juniper, lavender and frankincense give a soothing, anti-inflammatory balm you will want to keep close by.
Deodorant

This is made with a cream base that not only nourishes and moisturizes your underarms, but is highly effective. In conjunction with baking soda, coconut oil and arrowroot, the essential oil blend helps to fight the bacteria that causes odours. This amazing Deodorant works all day, even during workouts and hot yoga! It comes in 2 sizes (I only had the 40g in stock for photos), and 3 scents.
The regular deodorant has Tea Tree, Roman Chamomile and Bergamot essential oils.
Men’s deodorant has Tea Tree, Frankincense, Bergamot, and Cedarwood for a scent.
Sensitive has clay and diatomaceous earth added, to fight wetness and odour. It also has Tea Tree, Roman Chamomile and Jasmine essential oils.
Bug Eeze

Pure Essential’s Bug Eeze to help ease the symptoms of bug bites. With cooling base oils like mango butter and essential oils like lime to neutralize venom and reduce itch, this little stick will be an essential on all your summer lists. Also it is the perfect size to put in a child’s pocket or backpack.
Diaper Cream

Now, this is probably the most surprising product on our list. This is a very versatile product and the name can be misleading. Yes, it is diaper cream but it is also for rash and irritated skin. With tons of zinc to help take away redness and soothe the skin, chamomile and calendula flowers to ease and nourish and lavender, this cream works even on yeast infections and thrush. It has also become a household favourite to help with eczema, psoriasis and minor cuts, scrapes and burns. It is a staple in our first aid cabinet at home and the kids will grab it for scraped knees or elbows.
Tea Tree & Eucalyptus essential oils
We couldn’t pick just 1 so we picked the ones we want to always have on hand.

Tea tree oil is the first and we have 2 bottles at home right now!
It has been used for centuries to clean wounds and prevent infections because of it’s anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Tea Tree is commonly used to treat acne, although it should always be used in a dilution. This essential oil is popular to treat athlete’s foot, dandruff, lice, and gingivitis. Tea tree oil can also help alleviate symptoms of colds and flu. Tea tree essential oil should always be used in dilution when applied topically and should not be ingested. Bonus it is useful year around!

Eucalyptus Globulus is our second oil and we love it. Eucalyptus has been used for body pains, fever, sinus congestions, and colds. Eucalyptus also helps with mental exhaustion and stimulates mental activity. It is used most often to help the respiratory tract to loosen mucus and to help with allergies. Because it can be used for allergies and colds we keep it on hand at all times.
