Any arrival 15 or more minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled. 

If you arrive 15 or less minutes late your massage will only be till the time booked. For example if your appointment is booked from 1-2 pm and you arrive at 1:10 your massage will still end at 2 pm.

This policy is out of consideration for the massage therapist and the clients after you.
